Loose connections

Installed the winch, will not operate when vehicle is not running. When vehicle is running, the winch only operates “in” not “out”. Put a battery charger on battery and it works as should. Put new battery with higher cranking amps and all same problems occur so battery is not issue Possibly loose connections at solenoid??? Any help is appreciated

Great winch that’s easy to install.

I picked up this winch to pair with my FS-14 bumper mounted on my 2022 Gladiator. Easy to install easy to wire. I purchased the upgraded pocket fairlead and wish it was an option to swap the fairlead vs receiving both. The wireless remote is an awesome touch. The wires are 2Ga for those looking to get a pair of QD Anderson plugs(like myself) not sure how long the synthetic line is but seems to be long enough to do what I need. I have a 30’ chain and a 20’ recovery rope I carry with me everywhere.
