The DV8 Offroad MTO (Made to Overland) Series Bumper is a Winch-Ready Front Bumper for the 6th Gen Ford Bronco, and is compatible with all trim levels. Manufactured from high-grade steel, the MTO Series Bronco bumper retains the factory sensors, has a 3-inch pod light mount towards each side, and mesh inserts that can be painted. There is an optional bolt-on bull bar that can mount a 13-inch LED light bar to supplement your lighting.

The winch mounting point was designed to sit within the bumper, and is accessible through 2 openings at the top of the bumper. It can mount up to a 12,000 lb. winch. If you choose not to run a winch, we include light brackets to mount a single row 20-inch light bar behind the perforated aluminum accent plate.

The Adaptive Cruise Control sensor module must be relocated if the vehicle is equipped with ACC. Our ACC Relocation Bracket is sold separately, available in the drop-down options to the right.

AVAILABLE WITH OR WITHOUT BULL BAR

The bull bar bolts easily to the top of the bumper. If you're not adding the bull bar, we supply mesh plates to cover the mounting holes. Available with the Elite Series 13-Inch LED Light Bar, providing an exceptional 3,800 lumens of light to improve visibility on the trail in low light conditions.

POD LIGHT MOUNT IN EACH SIDE PANEL

These recessed mounting points will fit any 3" cube lights. Featured here, are our Elite Series 3-Inch Pod Lights, which provide 4800 lumens of light in a combo flood/spot pattern to eliminate hot spots.

CONCEALED WINCH MOUNT

The winch is installed within the bumper, keeping the front-end looking clean. The cutaway provides access to your winch. Featured here is DV8's 12,000 lb. Synthetic Rope Winch.

RETAINS FACTORY PARKING SENSORS

The MTO Series Bumper retains the OEM parking sensors. If your Bronco did not come with parking sensors, we've included sensor hole plugs.

Ford Bronco Front Bumper Factory parking sensors are retained.

Provides additional recovery options on the trail.

MOUNTING POINTS FOR 3/4" D-RINGS

Two reinforced mounting points for 3/4-inch D-rings provide recovery options if you manage to get stuck on the trail.

High Quality Bumper

Extremely high quality bumper. Very pleased with every aspect. It is a little difficult to install with a winch, but the videos online walk you though every step. If you are also installing the DV8 Skid Plate that matches this bumper you must install the skid plate first! That is one note that was not on the instructions and it cost me about 2.5 hours of work. Bull bar was very difficult to install. Engineering flaw… should have used bolts instead of cap screws on bull bar mounts. It is almost impossible to get a regular sized Allen wrench in the small space. Shipping was extremely fast and packaging was better than any other car part company I’ve ever dealt with.

Great bumper

Very well built bumper. Installation instructions are well written. I made a little change to the camera relocation bracket and only used the small brackets. Drilled 3 holes and it mounts clean and looks great. Just need the bull bar and light and I’ll be done.

Looks great, well built, extremely well packaged.

Nice design

This is a nice bumper, very stout! The directions for removing the old bumper and installing the new one are pretty good. They are clear and are a step by step so that helps a lot. The "3+ hours" install is a little underestimating. If you have done a few of these then yeah 3+ hours is right in the ball park. If you have never done one then count on it taking you a bit. I would say double. The quality and fitment were good. If I was going to make a complaint about it it would be in the bolt up.You can access 4 of the 6 main bolts that hold on the bumper and only get a torque wrench on 3 of them to get the 70#'s of torque you are suppose to do. The other two takes either a super small hand or a lot of patience as you a ratcheting wrench click by click to tighten the bolts. Other than that the bumper looks great and I have gotten more than a few compliments on it

It took a while to get my old bumper off and then to install this one but it was well worth the time. Waiting for the right pod lights
