The Spec Series Winch Front Bumper for the Ford Bronco is the perfect combination of style, performance and protection for your 6th Gen Bronco. It features a low profile design with an improved approach angle, making it ideal for serious rock crawling. The recessed winch mount accommodates many different sized winches, which when installed, sits in a low profile position partially within the bumper. The included heavy duty steel skid plate provides enhanced protection, and is a direct replacement to the stock skid.

A tubular bull bar provides light brush protection for the winch & grille, and also features a light mount for up to a 13-inch single row light bar. A 20-inch light bar can be mounted behind the satin black accent plate at the center of the bumper. Each wing can take (2) 3-inch light pods, giving you plenty of lighting options. Installation is a simple, bolt-on process.

The Adaptive Cruise Control sensor module must be relocated if the vehicle is equipped with ACC. Our Relocation Bracket is sold separately, and available in the drop-down option to the right.

The included tubular bull bar is designed to absorb impact, protecting your front-end even more. In addition to its protective function, a bull bar can also provide a mounting point for auxiliary lighting or other accessories.

I just got it installed today. Quality is awesome! I love how they offer all additions on the same page while ordering. You do not need sensor extensions like other brand front bumpers require. I love how the winch comes with a cordless remote as well. Very pleased so far!!

Bumper looks great!!

Best Looking, Functional, and Reasonably Priced Winch Bumper on the Market

Pros:
- Looks Fantastic
- Functional
- Skid Plate and Brush Guard Included
- Modular
- Easy Install
- Cable Management Points

Cons:
- Need to install everything before mounting the bumper to the Vehicle; not a requirement, but will be a PITA to go back and install a winch, lights, etc.
- Light Bracket not included with four cube light purchase
- Paper instructions not included
- Front grilles are backed by a lock nut; would be nice to remove grilles for access without needing to get behind the bumper

After a month or so looking for a winch bumper I pulled the trigger on this Spec Series. I think this bumper is the best looking, most reasonably priced winch bumper on the market--by a long shot. I really like the idea and look of hidden winch bumpers, but functionally, they're a dumpster fire. If you've ever slogged it through that "Mississippi mud", you know what I mean.

That said, this bumper offers great clearance with my 37" Toyo OC R/Ts. I ended up going with the HF winch with a coupon, which, when compared to the cost of the DV8 winch, the savings did not quite cover the cost of the great-looking DV8 fairlead. But close.

Install was easy, but you'll want to get everything mounted to the bumper prior to mounting it, or be prepared to take it off when you add accessories down the road. Putting on a winch, for instance, would be an absolute nightmare when it came to torquing down the bolts with the bumper mounted. This is listed as a step in the instructions before the mounting step. I thought it would be helpful to call out as a consideration.

All in all, this is a great bumper at a great price. I rate a 4.8 overall because of a few minor things.

High quality bumper

I am very happy with this bumper. Install was pretty straight forward, just follow the provided instructions. The parking sensors from my stock bumper were a little tricky to install, I had to push the holding tabs in as the metal in this bumper is a little thicker than stock. DV8 did offer a free light bar with this bumper, but just be aware that if you except this offer, you may not be able to use other discounts. I believe it was either a free shipping offer or a military discount. I was able to install this bumper myself with the help of a motorcycle lift jack, but having two people would of been much easier. The bumper was very well packaged for shipping. Shipping was extremely fast. I would definitely buy from this company again.

If Walmart made a bumper

Not impressed, thin sheet metal, winch fairlead opening too high for the winch, (DV8 12k winch) see attached pictures. Skid plate will not fully work with factory lower recovery points. Uses smaller hardware to mount the bumper than the factory. Good for a street bronco "look at me" .....and you can only upload 3 pictures for a review.

We appreciate your feedback. For the factory D-rings, we do require cutting the D-ring flush to accept the high-clearance skid plate. The remaining bracket will be reused to be able to mount the new skid plate. The bumper comes with new recovery points. The M10 10.9 hardware supplied with the bumper has been tested on multiple applications including our R&D testing and real-world applications for many years. With proper recovery techniques, the hardware is proven to withstand beyond the 12K pulling strength of most winches. Lastly, all of our bumper as produced with a combination of 3mm, 3.5mm, and 5mm steel thickness to offer both a lightweight and strong bumper application. This bumper is among the favorites of a lot of our customers!
