Very solid plates, would recommend using a rachet strap to pull the rear axle while you hammer the trailing arm bolts, makes it way easier.

Quality stuff, covers the pinch welds perfectly. Easy install. If your looking for pinch weld covers for the Bronco, these are good ones!

Love this bumper ! Fits my gladiator perfectly, build tough and looks tougher . Definitely a thumbs up!

I like the style and looks of them. However, one of the inserts has spots on it, almost like some kind of liquid was sprayed around near it. I’ll have to see if I can get it off. Other Han that, very nice for and finish.

Not only was our order received early, we were impressed by how thoughtfully everything was packaged. The install for both the front and rear pockets was easy, although the washers had to be left off the rear pockets because the screw was too short with it on. Overall, the pockets are well built and should last as long as our Jeep!

This simply just doesn't fit. Unless I am going to modify the hitch significantly or my jeep. It's not a bolt on operation and will require more holes to be drilled in the hitch and a bracket to be removed off my jeep.

Great replacement for sagging OEM pockets. They look great and work well. I replaced my front and rear pockets.

Better than the original aluminum steps that were on my SR5 TRD Offroad. I would prefer that the mounting holes would have been a bit more precision. Having to use the large washer to keep the bolt head from pulling through seems to be a point of weakness. We'll see how it goes with normal use. Looks great though.

Door handle inserts were easy to install and is an easy way to dress up those plain black door handles. Install took about 20 minutes.

Customer service (Ashley) has been on top of every question I had, and I had a lot. If she didn’t have the answer, she found it and called me back. The OE Plus Side Steps fit perfectly on the 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro.

Was looking for an alternative to the OEM block air flow and having to drill into painted body panel. This fit the bill, took about 20 mins to install…super simple and heavy duty. Well done DV8!

Great product and figment! Shipping was fast and arrived in a timely manner!

Good and bad.

Good: very heavy duty; should hold up to any on or offroad activities.
Bad:
1. No instructions in box
2. Instructions on website don't match contents of package. Website says 4 flat washers and 4 split (lock) washers. Box had 8 flat washers and nylon insert lock nuts instead of regular hex nuts. That's OK but instructions should match kit.
3. Due to tolerances there was 1/8" (3 mm) clearance between pedal and welded mounting bracket. This closed up when bolts were tightened but this is a pretty big tolerance.
4. Adjusting bolts are nearly impossible to tighten when the pedal is in place, especially the outboard fasteners. I finally gave up on tightening the upper outboard fastener.
5. This made me a little nervous so I removed the assembly and tightened the adjusting bolts and reinstalled. This took about 10 minutes.
6. I think it makes the most sense to do a test fit for pedal position before all fasteners are fully tightened, then remove, tighten and make the final installation.
7. My pedal is as high as I could make it. I think I might like it a little higher (short legs) but others might prefer a different position.

Light is perfect . It really lights up the path and looks great tucked under the bull bar

Only one downside - hit my leg in normal driving position. Glad I went with the slim fit, but they're still taking a little getting used to. Install was super simple. Look way better than the sagging nets and can actually hold things. Quality solid look and feel.
Might get some for the rear as well.

easy to install, protects rear shocks!

Much better than the cardboard fiber panel from the factory. Easy to install, just need the right tools. I was able to do it all without using my jack. The only inconsistency I noticed is the description says it protects the intercooler. The intercooler is actually mounted very high up so maybe they are referring to a different heat exchanger.

I recently ordered this set up. Came with only 2 lock nut washers and no instructions. Quality material.

If you've never installed rivenuts before, get yourself a rivet nut tool. Do NOT use the included tool unless you know what you're doing. I ended up having to drill out and replace several rivet nuts after buying a rivet nut install tool.

I had a problem with a bad scrape on the front corner of the driver's side front fender. Hard to believe, as they package everything very, very well. I think it was scraped before it was boxed as the rubber sheet they wrapped it with was also damaged. I've a jeep show coming up and didn't want to wait for a replacement, so I re-painted it myself. It doesn't match 100%, but close enough that someone wouldn't notice unless they knew to look. Also, there are places where the hole is right behind the tubing and very difficult to get to. Standard hex-head bolts would be better for those positions than the hex head.

Other than that, the fenders look amazing and really complete the look of the truck. I'd definitely buy them again, but would research the install more before I began the process.

2018 JLUR. Top bolts installed and it was a pain with the sway bar disconnect in the way. Other bolts dont line up, and no idea how your supposed to fit in the nutplate if they did line up.

2023 Jeep Wrangler JLU.
Everything came packaged wonderfully inside the box that was absolutely destroyed by the carrier. But the bumper wasn’t damaged at all because of the careful packaging inside. Install was a nightmare because the instructions on the website don’t tell you what each piece is. And nothing lined up at all without forcing it. I too did not know about the trim pieces around the tow hooks to make it look better. We also didn’t know about the spacers we could have used behind the bumper to allow our winch to fit properly until we had everything mounted, then had an ahhh ha moment when we saw them sitting to the side. We had to leave 2 bolts off the bottom because they just would not line up at all. In the end I’m happy with how it looks, but hate I missed the trim pieces and hate we had to remove the bumper 3 times to fix the spacing issue. And I really hate not having 2 bolts in it on the bottom. Probably wouldn’t purchase again, which I hate to say because I really like the look of it and all my other DV8 products have been amazing.

I love the look, and the install was painless. That said, watch your knee exiting the vehicle or get to know that metal pocket on a painful level. Hoping avoiding it will become second nature.

Much easier to install than I anticipated. Other products I had seen required taking the interior door panel off, and that was not a hassle I wanted. Taking the old netting off was very easy, and the new molle panels were very easy to install. Did all four doors in less than an hour. Very impressed with DV8 and their quality!

They were fairly easy to install after realizing you need to muscle them around a little bit. They look great so now the fenders will be upgraded soon.
