DV8 Optical Technology and cutting edge design delivers unparalleled light output. These light bars are built using a durable steel housing with heat sink technology, finished in a black powder coat, and equipped with IP68 rated polycarbonate lenses that are resistant to water and dust. These feature a combination of spot and flood patterns to both illuminate your path ahead while also lighting up the periphery. We’ve used 3W Cree LEDs that are rated for 50,000 hours of life.

DV8 Off Road warrants all parts of its manufacture, furnished under this agreement, to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the cost of the product.

We accept returns on damaged items with a valid Return Authorization Number or a RMA number. We will refund the full amount minus the shipping costs for the return and a 25% restocking fee.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment) at orders@dv8offroad.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Good but a long way from great

Had the 40 inch bar for about 3 years.

I bought it locally and had it installed at the same place I purchased it.

Initially it was great. Solid mount and body, no leaks with great output.

Then 18 months later it burned out the harness and damaged my fuse box. In contacted support for amp rating and more specs to make sure that the harness was up to spec. Support did not have anything other than "it should work with our harness." That's not a good response.

Fast forward to over half the leds not working. Label says IP67 but there is visible moisture damage internal to the lightbar and internally it is no different than any generic Amazon/Ebay lightbar that's 50-75% cheaper.

I wasn't expecting Rigid quality at this price point but I hoped for better than what I got. The replacement will be whatever Amazon special comes up.
