Great doors, but……

First of all I will say these doors are awesome! However they come with no instructions but luckily you can figure it out pretty quickly. The only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 is trying to get the side view mirrors for these doors was a chore. From the pictures on the website you see two horizontal holes which would lead one to believe these are for the (DV8) “tubular trail door side view mirrors. After chatting with someone from the support staff they assured me the DV8 Offroad D-JP Tubular Mirrors were what I needed. However when everything arrived it was obvious the mirrors would not fit. After emailing DV8 they were very helpful in sending me the link for mirrors that Quadratec offers that would work with these doors. They do work fine with the brackets that were included with the doors, however the way they attach to the brackets is a bit precarious. All in all everything worked out, and I love dv8 products, but I would recommend to DV8, you guys make some really great aftermarket parts…..so why not manufacture your own mirrors that fit these doors rather than use some other companies. The mirrors that didn’t fit looked so much cooler than the Quadratec mirrors.

Got these as a gift. Painted the mesh to match my color scheme. I run these half of the year.

Great fit and a tough look

No instructions but it’s really simple install even without them. They look great and there’s no rattle at all. Very solid doors. I’m really liking them. Matches up well with my DV8 tire carrier too!
