2020 Wrangler Rubicon EcoDiesel SEMA Build by DV8 Offroad

We customized a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon EcoDiesel for our booth at SEMA Show 2021 this week. We installed many of our most popular Wrangler JL parts, as well as several new parts releasing soon! We started out by upgrading the suspension with the Rebel Off-Road Coilover Recon Kit to give it a boost in ride height and performance. We then fitted it with Pro Comp M/T 40x13.50R17 tires wrapped around our DV8 882 Beadlock Wheels. We then painted these wheels forest green, and the beadlock rings black.

We slapped our FS-25 Stubby Front Bumper on the front of the Jeep, which features our Elite Series Slim 20-Inch Light Bar, DV8 Synthetic Rope Winch, and FACTORY/AFTERMARKET FOG LIGHTS. We also replaced the factory headlights with our new Black Replica Headlights. Our Heat Dispersion Hood was paint matched and then secured with our HOOD HOLD DOWNS. Under the hood is a K&N Cold Air Intake system in order to boost horsepower.

Underneath the Jeep we've got our Front Sway Bar Disconnect Skid Plate, in addition to Front & Rear Differential Skid Plates offering additional underbody protection where it counts the most. Along the vulnerable side edges of the Jeep, are our Tubular Plated Rock Sliders. We lined all 4 wheel wells with our DV8 Inner Fenders, and added our Slim Fenders to maintain high clearance for tire travel when crawling.

The inside of the tailgate has the DV8 Trail Table, which folds down for use when taking a break out on the trail. Above this is our Speaker/Light Bar with 2 Alpine SPV-65-SXS weather resistant speakers, and an Elite Series 13-Inch LED Light Bar for additional lighting in the rear.

The back of the Jeep is protected with our Wrangler JL Rear Bumper with Swing Away Tire Carrier, which is able to manage it's 40-inch spare tire. The DEF tank and exhaust is protected with our new DV8 DEF/Exhaust Skid Plate. We've also installed our Bolt-on Hitch with Dual Pod Lights for added accessories options.
