2022 Bronco Changes, Pricing, and Order Guide
Dealer order sheets for the 2022 Ford Bronco were recently leaked that shows what changes are coming for the 2022 year models. Most of the changes and new options are cosmetic or accessory features, although there are a couple performance related changes. We detail all the coming changes, as well share the dealer price sheet for all trim levels and available features.
We previously reported on the three new paint colors that will be available, Hot Pepper Red Metallic and Eruption Green Metallic. Cyber Orange Metallic will only be available on the Base and Big Bend trims. Antimatter Blue, Lightning Blue Metallic, and Rapid Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat will no longer be available. The other exterior change is with the troublesome hard tops that have had quality issues, and were recalled. These new tops are a Carbonized Gray Molded-In-Color top, which matches exterior trim pieces. On the interior, there are upgraded front and rear carpet mats available for all trims, and come standard for the Black Diamond.
A more exciting change is that a manual transmission will now be available with the Sasquatch Package, although the package has gone up in price across each trim level. Why this was not available at launch for the 2021 model is a mystery. The people who ordered 2021 models that are now receiving 2022 models due to delays, can change their order to include the manual transmission with their Sasquatch Package equipped Bronco.
Ford eliminated most of the soft top options due to quality issues, and only 4 soft top options remain. The MIC Hard Top will be an available option for all trims. There are 4 new dealer installed options, including a body appearance kit. No info on what this actually looks like, but will surely be some kind of body decals. 2 different styles of tube rock doors will be available on all models, and a tailgate mounted trail table will be available on all trims.
